Privacy — Plumaire

This policy explains what Plumaire collects on this pre-launch website and why.

What we collect

Reservation details you give us: email, optional first name, country, the products in your cart, and whether you want marketing emails.
Anonymous usage events: pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, and the referring website. We use a daily-rotating hashed identifier instead of storing your IP address, and we set no advertising cookies.
Messages you send through the contact form.

Why we use it

To email you about your reservation and tell you when ordering opens.
To understand which products people want so we stock the right ones.
To send launch offers, only if you ticked the optional marketing box.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). We never sell your data. We keep reservation data until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@plumairehair.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device unless you submit a reservation.
